10 years after the invasion of Iraq, at the dubiously legal US military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba…

Most of the ‘enemy combatants’ who were abducted off the street in their home countries…have still not been charged with crimes…thus they cannot stand trial…thus they cannot be judged guilty or not guilty..thus they cannot be freed.

And the world finds that acceptable? ‘Terrorist’ or not, everybody deserves a trial.

If the evidence of said terrorism was available then surely they should have at least been charged with a crime in order to pursue a trial and subsequent conviction?

Instead the aim is keep these individuals detained indefinitely as potent symbols of fear used as a tool to oppress the masses in the name of keeping them docile safe.

A brutal view into the life of a Guantanamo Bay prisoner.
